Sony Netbooks- Computers Of The Future
There is a new Sony Vaio W-series netbook expected to be released soon and will be in the price range of around $630, and will operate on a lower grade of specs then what we are used to from sony computers. It will use Windows XP home edition as it’s operating system.
Many fans of the brand Sony cannot afford some of the full-sized Sony laptops. Sonys new nifty netbook may be the answer to many prayers. Even though the new sony vaio netbook is priced a little higher then other netbooks available, it is still bundled with a decent amount of software programs that are not available with other netbooks.
These new sony mini laptops will be a very convenient travel size. They will have a 10.1-inch screen, which is considerable larger then the screens of the competition. They will weigh around 2.6 pounds.
The battery life isn’t as impressive as with some other brands. The w-series will have a battery life of about 3.5 hours. Though what they lack in battery power, they have made up in the display specs. They have an impressive resolution of 13366 x 768. Most notebooks on the market offer a 1024 x 600 resolution screen. The screen will also incorporate LED backlighting which comes very handy at night or when in a dark room.
The hardware on the W-series is quite impressive. They will be packed with an Intel 1.66 GHz processor, with 1GB of memory and a 160 GB hard drive. There is also a touchpad, a built-in web cam, and a Intel High definition audio sound system. Also it will impressively include built-in Bluetooth technology, which is rare on netbooks.
Everyone will love the array of colors that these sony mini notebook will be available in. The colors it will be released in are supposed to represent the foods of chocolate, cheesecake, and raspberry.
